There was a cocker-spaniel named Jackson. He was the most loving dog that like to snuggle, but Jackson had a problem. He ate too many table scraps and he has gotten too fat to jump up on the bed. When Jackson was a puppy, he would run around all the time and be playful, but now he just lays around and does not get any exercise. One day,* his owner decided that if she wanted Jackson to live a long healthy life then she would have to help him lose some weight. She decided to put Jackson on a diet. NO MORE table scraps for him. Well the first time that there was a family dinner, Jackson sat by his owner and gave her the saddest look with his little puppy eyes. No! No! said his owner and Jackson went away sadly. The owner started noticing that Jackson was depressed all the time. Even tough, he was losing weight, she wanted her playful puppy back.
