It still rains outside. I'm sitting here in Dan's room with him and coach Hutchinson talking about our next two track meets. I really wish we had practice today because we ended the weekend on a good note. Mt. Brook is coming to the meet this weekend and we really need to be ready for a good showing but noooooooo it had to rain today! Oh well! It will be kind of nice to get home a little early today and play with Kennedy. Oh I forgot that I told Mrs Tillis that I would stop by the Rec. to watch her girls play their playoff game today.
I was actually glad that it rained out practice because the coaching staff needed to meet. Dan said you all assigned each other specific days of the week to stay late and wait for parents to pick up athletes. What a great idea! I think he is finally learning to delegate. Also, it was nice to have Dan home a little early becasue he got to play "Runaway Teddy" with the kids while I made supper.
