It still rains outside. It must be Monday or Tuesday. How do I know that? Because the days that I have class, that is when it is usually raining. I have to walk all the way from C-zone to Haley Center. By the time I get to my classroom, I am soaking wet. When it is time to leave, it is usually still raining outside. So, I have to briskly run back to my car all the way in C-Zone.

Once I am in my car I turn the heater up high so that I can knock the chill off my body. Why is rain always so cold? Why can't rain ever be a little warm? Maybe it wouldn't be so bad if the rain was a little warmer.

I am a horrible rain driver. I go incredibly slowly and always get into a panic when I am trying to remember where the defrost buttons are. I grip the steering wheel so tightly that my knuckles ache. Distances seem so much more distant when it is the raining.

I finally make it back to my warm house. As I walk to my room, I look out the window. It has stopped raining now.
