It is a way to introduce people what "sustainable leadship" is and gives us an new understanding of leadership. It is to the future and it is not practical to realize system transformation without solid leadership at all levels of the system. The “sustainable leadership” is defined as “maintains improvement from one leader to the next and spreads across many leaders and schools in a district, not just one or two. (p. 32)”
