I read the book "Teaching Online," by Susan Ko and Steve Rossen. This book went into several diverse topics. The authors introduces the reader into creating online courses from learning methods to technology intergration.

Content where you need multiple people to be involved, for example help files. Even seperation of languages on each topic. This way one individual is not burden with anentire task. By approaching tasks in this manner you also allow for diffrent points of views. I believe this is helpful since society is truly becoming global.
